The Rotary District 5180 Charitable Foundation (RD5180CF) was organized as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation to provide a way for Rotarians and others within Rotary District 5180 to financially support charitable purposes primarily in or for the benefit of communities within Rotary District 5180.
The funds received by the RD5180CF must be used for only charitable and educational purposes and in compliance with the policies, purposes, and uses of the RD5180CF.
Such activities include, but are not limited to, supporting disaster relief programs and district-wide charitable fundraising activities by Rotary District 5180 (does not include club fundraisers), and other charitable needs as determined by the five-member RD5180CF Board of Directors that meets at least quarterly and/or as needed.
