A New Exciting Year/Public Image Becomes a Priority

A Guide to Help Clubs
“Our job is to connect to people, to interact with them in a way that leaves them better than we found them, more able to get where they’d like to go.” – Seth Godin

Welcome to the Public Image resource site. Our mission is to increase the profile and positive public image of Rotary District 5180 in Northern California and to support our Clubs in increasing their membership, fundraising, and connections to the community.  Public Image is going to be the most fun, most dynamic, and most forward thinking team in the District.

Rotary International is unique as a service organization in both global scale and organizational structure.  The Public Image strategy will focus on presenting the public image of Local Service, Fellowship, and Professionalism.  People tend to join Rotary for (1) local service, (2) business networking, and (3) friendship.  The Public Image team will focus our promotions on these points in the hopes of driving increased membership and retention as a key goal in the next year.

We welcome new members to our group as well as contributions of ideas, resources, and contacts to help the district help their clubs. Email our Chair, Bill Bowen, at wlb@bowenlegal.com.
