Global Grant Scholarships
Rotary Scholarships for Graduate Students
 
The Rotary Foundation has scholarships available for graduate degree programs abroad.  We are looking for candidates who have been accepted in an international
university program in one of the following six areas of focus:
  • Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
  • Disease prevention and treatment
  • Water and sanitation
  • Maternal and child health
  • Basic education and literacy
  • Economic and community development
Rotary District 5180 sponsors one $30,000 scholarship.  Applicants must work or live within Rotary District 5180 boundaries.  The ideal candidate’s professional goals should align with The Rotary Foundation’s humanitarian efforts.
 
The 2017 Schedule for application is as follows:
 
  •   April 15     Applications to local Rotary Clubs
  •   May 10      Clubs’ sponsored applications to Committee
  •   May 13      Selected candidates interviewed
  •   August 13  Orientation for successful scholars
